Colts by at least 10.
They are the more technically proficient and well-disciplined team.
The Saints have emotion and an explosive offense if they show up, but emotion can only carry you so far.
The Colts will simply wear them down on the merits of their unflappable demeanor.
And in keeping with a FOX News poll done last week, I am going for the Colts because I am a white, uptight, Conservative, teabagging racist who is clinging to his guns and religion and who automatically hates New Orleans because it is a “chocolate city”, as so named by Mayor Nagin.
(There’s some sarcasm to start your Super Bowl Sunday off right!)
Colts by at least 10. The second half will be better than the first, because during halftime, the Saints will all look into the mirrors in the locker room and tell themselves that people really do like them, giving them that little emotional boost they will need.

My heart says New Orleans but my head tells me Indy.
The Colts are like a well oiled machine and Manning is great at figuring out defenses and adjusting.
I’m not into dynasty teams and prefer to see fresh faces every year so I’ll be rooting for the Saints.
Colts by 13

I break down the two quarterback’s body language giving you a better than chance odds that you will be able to predict if it is a pass or a run. Nearly every quarterback and every team have tells. I have seen a playoff team quarterback who when in the huddle will often bump his running backs wrist if it is a running play to him. Others will look at the linemen more if it is a running play, receivers if it is a pass. I have seen receivers hold arms differently if they assignment is a block, compared to pass play. Linemen will move to the line faster or slower depending on the play called. Diva-like receivers will actually sulk or slump because they are not getting passes and when the play called isn’t designed to go to them.

Colts by 6. Pro football is a game of execution and timing. College football is a game of emotion and momentum. I like the Saints, but in Pro Ball you have to put sentimentality aside. My $100 is on Indy…..

Colts lost…they can’t come back with only 3 minutes left.

ARGH!!!
So much for my brilliant analysis.

Joanne,
You are accurate. The Colt did lose, however, Peyton Manning IS the best QB in the history of the game. No question; no debate.

Oh I agree, Frank. I wanted to cling to hope those 3 minutes, but knew it would be futile.
I so much wanted the Colts to win
